What allergens does ProBlend contain?
ProBlend is formulated without any of the major food allergens: milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, or sesame. It's made in a facility that also handles other allergens. That facility is regularly audited by independent third parties to make sure its allergen controls and quality standards hold up. If you have a severe allergy, check with your doctor before using ProBlend.
Why does ProBlend have a California Prop 65 warning?
ProBlend is made with real plant-based and mineral ingredients. Anything grown in soil picks up trace amounts of naturally occurring elements like lead, the same reason they show up in everyday foods like spinach, sweet potatoes, and rice. California's Proposition 65 sets some of the strictest disclosure limits in the world. Our testing found trace levels above that threshold, so the warning is on every bag. You should know exactly what's in your ProBlend, and we test so you can.
A Prop 65 warning doesn't mean a product breaks federal safety rules. ProBlend meets all FDA requirements for dietary supplements, is NSF Certified for Sport®, and every production batch is tested by independent third-party labs before it's sold. If you're pregnant or nursing, talk with your doctor before use.
Did the ProBlend formula change?
Yes, we made a few small refinements. It's still the ProBlend you know, with the same flavor, the same serving size, and the same NSF Certified for Sport® status. We refined our magnesium to a system built on ATAMg®, a highly bioavailable form, for a total of 150 mg of magnesium. We also added Cognizin® Citicoline, a clinically studied, patented form of citicoline that supports focus and attention.* A few other tweaks: we added molybdenum and boron, bumped up choline, and switched to Reb M stevia for a cleaner taste.
Why did you change the magnesium type?
We're always looking for ingredient forms that give your body more to work with, and magnesium was a clear opportunity. ATAMg® (magnesium acetyltaurinate) is a highly bioavailable form of magnesium that supports brain and neurological function.* We pair it with magnesium bisglycinate and malate for a total of 150 mg of magnesium per serving.
How can I tell if I have the new formula?
The new formula comes in distinct new packaging, which you can view here. If your ProBlend has a black and silver color scheme, that's the original formula. You can also check the Supplement Facts panel: the new formula lists Cognizin® Citicoline, which supports focus and attention.* If you're still not sure, email us your lot number and we'll confirm.
What is NSF certification and why is it important?
NSF’s Certified for Sport® program meets the growing demands of athletes, coaches and all those concerned about banned substances in dietary supplements, functional foods, and cosmetics/ personal care products. We verify that these products do not contain unsafe levels of contaminants, prohibited substances or masking agents, and that what is on the label matches what is in the product. By doing so, the Certified for Sport® certification program provides consumers with safer choices when selecting dietary supplements, functional foods, and cosmetics/ personal care products.
The Certified for Sport® certification is the only independent third-party certification program recognized by the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), Major League Baseball, the National Hockey League, and the Canadian Football League. Certified for Sport® is also recommended by the NFL, NBA, PGA, LPGA, CCES, CPSDA, iNADO, Ironman, NASCAR, Taylor Hooton Foundation, and many other organizations seeking to mitigate the risks of contaminated dietary supplements.

What does it taste like?
Taste is really important for adherence to any nutritional supplement program. If you don’t like the taste, you won’t use the product (and there are a lot of horrible tasting supplement products out there). So we made it our mission to iterate on the ProBlend formula until we made something we would enjoy taking every day. Our Tangy Orange flavor is sweet and citrusy, and easy to just mix with water.
What are therapeutic doses and why are they important for Professional Athletes?
Professional athletes require a more concentrated dosage of key nutrients, so therapeutic doses refer to the specific amount of a treatment that is prescribed by a professional to treat a particular condition or symptom. For professional athletes, therapeutic doses are crucial because they ensure that the athlete receives the intended therapeutic benefit of the vitamins and minerals, while minimizing the risk of adverse effects or violating anti-doping regulations.
Professional athletes often undergo intense physical training and competition, which can lead to injuries, pain, inflammation, or other medical issues. In such cases, they may require medications or treatments to manage their conditions and support their recovery.
Using supplements at therapeutic doses helps professional athletes improve:
Energy & cognition
Stress management
Muscle & joint recovery
Digestion & immunity support
Overall, therapeutic doses play a vital role in supporting the health, well-being, and performance of professional athletes by providing targeted medical interventions that address specific needs without compromising integrity or safety.
How long does it take for the benefits to kick in?
ProBlend provides the foundational nutrition to support intense training and a busy lifestyle. Just like your fundamentals in the gym or on the field, it takes time to set the foundation. Most athletes feel better energy and recovery after 30 days of taking the ProBlend
Why is this better than popular green powders?
Most greens powders stop at greens. ProBlend covers the foundations athletes actually need with dosage designed for impact, not marketing. We nail 35 ingredients rather than name drop 90. ProBlend has Vitamin D3 and K2 working together, CoQ10 for cellular energy, BCAAs, and Cognizin® Citicoline for focus and attention. It also includes a highly bioavailable magnesium system built on ATAMg®,* and SPECTRA®, a 29-ingredient fruit and vegetable blend studied in a randomized controlled trial. Every batch is NSF Certified for Sport®.
If I take ProBlend will I still need to take additional supplements?
ProBlend is designed to replace the foundational athlete supplements: multi-vitamin, vitamin d, prebiotic, magnesium, and b-complex. It also provides additional support with CoQ10, a patented fruit and vegetable blend, Spectra®, glutamine, key amino acid leucine, and vision support with lutein and zeaxanthine. You may still need to take omega-3 supplements or individual supplements if deficient, however, it will reduce the amount of pills you consume daily by 6-12 capsules, provide superior forms of the ingredients, and save you money (over buying supplements individually).
If I am intermittent fasting, do I need to take ProBio during an eating window?
Yes, ideally the ProBlend should be taken with a meal in an eating window.
Should I take more/less in winter/summer months to get an optimal dose of Vitamin D?
One serving provides 50 mcg (2,000 IU) of Vitamin D3, which is a solid daily amount for most adults year-round. Vitamin D needs vary, so the best approach is to ask your doctor to test your levels (25-hydroxy vitamin D) before adding more.
Is there a loading period?
No, no loading period is required.
Are there diminishing returns to taking ProBio daily? Will I eventually need to up my dose?
No, there is no dependency from taking the ProBlend.
What if I am already eating a well-balanced diet? Do I still need ProBio?
ProBlend is designed to support the demanding schedules of athletes and high performers. A well-balanced diet should also be a part of your plan.
Is it safe for kids?
The dosage of ProBio has been developed for healthy adults, and for high performance athletes specifically. We recommend consulting a physician before providing ProBio to children.
How much caffeine is in ProBlend?
ProBlend is caffeine free
How many days does one bag last?
The 30-Day bag has 30 servings, so it lasts a month of daily use. The 10-Pack has 10 single-serve sticks.
Why is ProBlend orange?
ProBlend contains no artificial colors. Its orange color comes from CoQ10 and Lutemax, our clinically studied lutein and zeaxanthin blend, two of ProBlend's most impactful functional ingredients.
How does ProBio support performance?
Every athlete and high performer knows… consistency is key. Whether it’s on the field, in the gym, with your nutritional or mental training, you need to show up consistently day-in and day-out to achieve your performance potential. ProBio supports athlete health so you can train hard and perform your best. It provides you with all the foundational pillars you need to stay healthy and resilient, so you can show up everyday and be the best you can be.
Are there any side effects?
ProBlend is well tolerated by most people. Because it contains prebiotic fiber, some people notice mild digestive changes during the first week as their body adjusts. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take medication, talk with your doctor before starting any supplement.
Can I take ProBio while breastfeeding?
You should always consult your doctor before taking any supplements while breastfeeding.
Should I consult a Doctor?
If you have a health condition, or are currently taking any medication(s), you should always consult your doctor before taking a supplement.
Is ProBlend gluten-free?
ProBlend is made without any gluten-containing ingredients. That said, ProBlend isn't certified gluten-free, so if you have celiac disease, check with your doctor before using it. The L-Glutamine in it is an amino acid and has nothing to do with gluten.
Is ProBlend vegan and/or vegetarian?
Yes, ProBlend is vegan.
Is ProBlend lactose-free?
Yes. ProBlend contains no dairy and is lactose-free. (Replaces the existing "Can I take ProBlend if I'm lactose intolerant?" entry.)
Why is there no iron in ProBlend?
Iron needs vary a lot from person to person. They depend on sex, training load, and diet, and too much iron can be as much of a problem as too little. Rather than guess, we recommend asking your doctor to test your iron levels and supplementing as needed.
Where do the 7 grams of carbs come from?
Almost all of it comes from two performance ingredients. The first is Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin and Sunfiber®.
Should I take ProBlend with food?
Yes, ideally. Vitamins D3, K2, and E, CoQ10, and lutein are fat-soluble, so your body absorbs them best when you take ProBlend with a meal or snack. Breakfast is a great fit. If you practice intermittent fasting, take it during your eating window.
Has the FDA evaluated these statements?
